God's Omnipresence
Proverbs 15:3 - "The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good."
Omnipresence - Imagine yourself travelling anywhere through space and time. Everywhere we could go, God already was and is forever!
“The knowledge that God is present is blessed, but to feel his presence is nothing less than sheer happiness!” - A W Tozer - “Knowing God is pesent with us in all places is joy beyond measure and my poor ability to express!” - C. R. Lord -
Omnipresent means “present everywhere!” The Psalmist David wrote, “Whither shall I go from thy Spirit, or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven thou art there; if I make my bed in hell, behold thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there shall thy hand lead me, and they right hand shall hold me. If I say, surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me, yea the darkness hideth not from thee, but the night shineth as the day….” Psalms 139:7-12

This doesn’t support Pantheism which is the theory that God is in the trees, flowers, etc. God is distinct from his creation. In the world of men we can see a parallel because we have been given the ability to create many things but we are totally separate from what
we create. We are not in watches, sidewalks, pencils, or anything else we create, but our creative ability can be seen in all these things. So it is with God and even more so! He is
the creator of even the creative process that is placed within us! James 1:17 declares to
us that "Every good and perfect gift is from above."
Since God is infinite there can be no limit to his presence. He surrounds the finite creation and contains it. There is no place beyond him for anything to be. God is our environment as the sea is to the fish and the air is to the bird. “God is over all things, wrote Hildebert of Lavardin, under all things; outside all; within, but not enclosed, without, but not excluded, above, but not raised up, below, but not depressed, wholly above presiding, wholly beneath sustaining; wholly within filling.” A W Tozer AMEN! God is with us everywhere and will never leave us or forsake us! It is this God that we have been blessed to know!
It is this God that we have the privilege and awesome honor to present to a dying world
where multitudes exist from day to day downtrodden, struggling, alone and without hope, and for some, willfully ignorant! We have been given life so that we might bring that life to
those around us who are EXISTING WITHOUT TRULY LIVING!
LEARN TO MEDITATE ON THESE THOUGHTS! DON'T JUST READ THINGS THAT ARE MEANT TO STRETCH OUR IMAGINATIONS AND THEN PASS ON WITHOUT REALIZING THE FULL IMPACT OF WHAT THEY ARE SAYING! The Bible doesn't tell us to merely read, but to "study to show ourselves approved" and also tells us to MEDITATE on those things, and we are not doing it for ourselves only but for all those God allows us to minister to!
God's Power
BEING IN GOD'S PRESENCE
I have been in God's presence in such a way that defies any realistic description that can be found in our human languages on earth! Words like his presence overwhelmed me, or flooded the room, or flooded my very soul and such descriptions are vastly inferior to the experience of
being in God's presence in all its fullness! This experience defies logic and rationale and can only be felt and inadequately expressed by any who have entered into that
sweet blessing! SEEK IT FOR
YOURSELF! Invest time in God's presence and learn what it means when the Lord says, "Ye shall seek me and find me when ye shall search for me with ALL YOUR HEART! This experience can't be gained by our striving for it. It comes as we are before the Lord in prayer and as we worship him and praise him. It is worth a lifetime of seeking to have even one second in his presence in this manner! It is a glorious and inexpressible privilege for those who will love God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength and who love being in his presence!
What action will you take so that you can experience this blessing? It is one thing to know about the thing and quite another to actually do it! As Christians we already know far more than what we are willing to act on, but could it be the reason for this is that we do not have the power to act because we have not invested enough time in his presence to receive the power?
